Project Goal: While The Uzzle was performing well on their website, they were not selling on Amazon. As a PPC Manager, my primary goal for this project was to effectively assist them in establishing a well-known brand on Amazon and targeting a wide range of active audiences on the platform.
Client Background: The Uzzle is a brand that revels in the importance of shared moments and cherished experiences with your loved ones. Discover a world of limitless entertainment and fun at The Uzzle. Their games,including the signature Uzzle game, are designed to captivate players of all ages. Whether you’re seeking a delightful challenge or an educational experience, The Uzzle is your go-to source for family-friendly entertainment.
Challenge: Since they were new on Amazon and lacked previous experience in selling on the platform, it posed a challenging task for them to transform an unknown product into a recognized brand on Amazon.

Solution: To address the challenges faced by The Uzzle, we initiated new campaigns for testing purposes. Once we accumulated sufficient data from our active campaigns, we commenced the optimization process, considering all crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of PPC. Within four months, we successfully generated sales totaling half a million dollars through effective PPC management.
MY STRATEGY
Listing Optimization:
● Extensive Keyword Research For Listing: I did extensive keyword research for my listing content with the help of Helium 10 (Cerebro); after doing that, I shortlisted the top most highly relevant keywords and used them in my title, bullet points, A+ content, and search terms.
● Added Unique Selling Points in the Title: Added USP in the first half of the title and highlighted in the product listing images (infographics, lifestyle).
● Increased Ranking Juice in the Title: Added 3-4 main keywords in exact form and low-hanging keywords to maximize the ranking juice. I also added those long tail keywords that most of the main competitors had not added in the title.
● Review Analysis and competitor analysis: With the help of these analyses, we gathered the buyer’s common pain points and competitor selling points and highlighted them in the listing content and images.
● Professional Photography for Listing Images and EBC: Analyzed the competitors branding concept, theme, and external presence, including images and EBC, and did professional photography for our brand.
● Backend Search Terms Optimization: Added misspelled and Spanish keywords to the backend search terms.
PPC Strategy:
● Ads Group Organization & Optimization: In structure less campaigns, Ads group keywords that have comparatively good history kept running in the same campaign and paused duplicated keywords & those with bad performance.
● Placement Optimization: I analyzed each campaign placement data and made the following optimization
● Budget Optimization: Increase the budget of those campaigns, which were converting well but went out of budget most of the time.
● Initiated Supportive Campaigns: Long tail Keywords were started because the main keywords stability was not attained by that time.
● ASIN Defensive Campaigns: Ran Asin defensive campaign so that we could take benefit of maximum traffic coming on our listing to avoid any sale leakage.
● ASIN Targeting: – Targeted those competitor’s ASINs, which had poor ratings and high prices than us but still had gotten traffic and sales.
● Sponsored Brand- Broad Modifier Campaign: Started Broad Modifier campaigns on all broad intent keywords and that campaign showed exceptional results.
● Made Campaigns For Ranking Keywords: Made Separate campaigns for the ranking keywords and targeted one keyword per campaign to have maximum control over the keywords with a fixed bidding strategy.
Results:
The results included:
1- Achieved $1 million in sales with a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
2- Successfully ranked our keywords and earned an Amazon Choice badge for the main keyword.
3- Attained the status of Top Seller in our category.
